ResaleHub Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

At ResaleHub, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect all users to do the same. This policy explains how we handle copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property (“IP”) matters on our platform.

1. Ownership of Content

All content on ResaleHub, including logos, designs, images, text, code, software, and website materials, is owned by ResaleHub or licensed to us.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from ResaleHub content without written permission.

2. User-Generated Content

Sellers who list items on ResaleHub must ensure that their listings do not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights.
Users are responsible for the content, images, and descriptions they post.

3. Prohibited Listings

You may not sell or list items that violate IP laws, including:

Counterfeit goods or replicas of branded products
Unauthorized copies of books, software, music, videos, or artwork
Items bearing trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
ResaleHub reserves the right to remove any listings that violate this policy.

4. Reporting Copyright or Trademark Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property has been used on ResaleHub without authorization, please submit a written notice to our support team including:

Your name and contact information
Identification of the copyrighted or trademarked work
Location of the infringing material on ResaleHub
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
Your electronic or physical signature

5. Repeat Infringers

ResaleHub has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringers.
Accounts found repeatedly listing items that violate IP rights may be suspended or terminated.

6. Limitation of Liability

ResaleHub is not responsible for user-uploaded content or third-party infringement claims.
By using the platform, users agree to indemnify ResaleHub for any claims arising from IP violations related to their listings.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

ResaleHub may cooperate with law enforcement or IP owners in the investigation of alleged infringements.
Users engaging in illegal or infringing activity may be subject to legal action, but ResaleHub itself acts solely as a neutral intermediary and is not liable for user actions.

This policy ensures:

Protection of ResaleHub’s own IP (logo, website content, software)
Compliance with copyright and trademark laws
Clear rules for sellers to avoid listing infringing items
Platform protection from liability for user actions
